Buying a home is not as simple as using an app to look at houses and going to some open houses then writing a contract. It is a journey that needs a guide to help navigate potential pitfalls and help keep things grounded even during the good times. Everyone should have a guide they trust to help them along the home buying journey. The same can be said for selling your home.
