By the time the average American retires, 83% of their wealth will come from home equity. Homeowners are losing billions of dollars in wealth every year because they are making poorly timed home finance decisions.

As a certified E-Pro, I am always looking for the best software to analyze everything in the market. Homebot is a fantastic tool for my clients to know what their nest egg looks like and their properties' value on the current market. Also, it gives buyers a great look at what their purchasing power could be.

Using Homebot's (AVM) automated value model can get you very close to your home's worth in today's market, but the best part is it gives you a plenty of information on what many options you have with the equity your home holds. Nothing is perfect in the world of AVMs, so that's where my eye on the market, expertise, and experience comes into play.
